Return Policy

At Hazel & Ruth Savannah, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it is possible that you may wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.

Conditions for Returns

• You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

• All return shipping costs, including international shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

• Trying on the item is allowed, but wearing it is not permitted.

• Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.

Return Process

1. Request your return by contacting us at info@hazelandruth.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

3. You must ship the item entirely at your own cost, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns.

Refunds

Once the item has been received at the return address and its condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

• If an incorrect shipping address was provided, the responsibility lies with the customer.

• Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
